Sarah, Operations and Community Lead | Co-Founder.

Sarah founded Little Crocs Football Coaching in 2021, drawing on 15 years of experience in early years and childcare. She holds a Level 3 Designated Safeguarding Lead qualification, an enhanced DBS, and oversees all safeguarding, compliance and operational delivery across Little Crocs. Sarah also holds a senior operations and safeguarding role at a multi-site childcare provider, managing 10 school clubs across South East London. Her background spans school liaison, stakeholder management and programme development, and she brings that experience directly into every partnership Little Crocs forms.

Dominic, Lead Coach and Director

Dominic holds an FA Level 2 coaching qualification and a specialist SEND qualification, making him one of a small number of grassroots coaches in the region trained to deliver adapted football sessions for children with additional needs. He leads session delivery across all Little Crocs venues and brings consistency, structure and genuine expertise to every session. Dominic has extensive experience working with children from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities, and his approach is calm, methodical and child-centred throughout.

Ben, Coach

Ben brings 13 years of grassroots football experience to the Little Crocs coaching team. He has worked with children across a range of age groups and is a trusted, reliable presence on the pitch. Ben combines practical coaching experience with a genuine enthusiasm for the game, and connects well with the children he works with.

Josh, Coach

Josh is currently completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching at Bromley College and brings real pedigree to the team, having trained with Bromley FC Academy. He combines that footballing background with hands-on coaching experience, and offers a relatable, energetic presence that young players respond well to.
